1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Sunny Bedrooms and Kitchens Ltd website and services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full.

2. Services

Sunny Bedrooms and Kitchens Ltd provides bespoke fitted furniture services including fitted wardrobes, fitted kitchens, and loft room solutions. All work is carried out to the highest standards using quality materials.

3. Quotations

All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to a site survey and may be adjusted based on actual measurements and requirements.

4. Payment Terms

A deposit is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation. We accept bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and cash payments.

5. Delivery & Installation

Delivery and installation dates are provided as estimates and may be subject to change. We will notify you of any changes as soon as possible. Access to the installation area must be clear and available on the agreed date.

6. Warranty

All our fitted furniture comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty period and terms will be specified in your order confirmation. Normal wear and tear is not covered.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 14 days of placing the order for a full refund of any deposit paid. After this period, cancellation may incur charges for any work already undertaken or materials ordered.

8. Liability

Sunny Bedrooms and Kitchens Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the contract.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
